Pierre Levin is a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Developer that specializes in representing Landowners, Commercial Real Estate Owners and Real Estate Developers in new development and redevelopment. 

With Pierre’s experience as an Entrepreneur, Land Developer and Project Manager, he has helped clients acquiring land as well as structuring new development projects through partnerships. Pierre has also consulted for and managed large International and US projects very successfully.

As a developer, Pierre is currently involved in Assisted Living projects in Florida, which includes a new Memory Care and Assisted Living development in Palm Bay, FL, as well as working with clients on new Medical Real Estate development projects in Central Florida and the Space Coast. 

Pierre has joined the CRES Corp International Commercial Real Estate Team to apply his experience to the Florida Markets. Pierre belief in a win-win outcome, and assist clients to find the right opportunity through Pierre’s close network of developers, landowners and industry professionals. Pierre can also assist clients to evaluate and review current development opportunities and projects for best use and profitability.
