Ellen Chacon is the Director of Business Development for all companies under the Pharus Global eco-system. She is proficient in building executive level business relationships, brand management, and assists in strategic problem solving for each client. She works closely with her business management team to drive client profitability and growth. 

Ellen has over 12 year of sales and marketing experience in the fine art and lighting design  industry where she has a proven track record in sales growth.

Ellen is an author and volunteer at Four Seasons Hospice. She works closely with husband Rudy Chacon( President of Pharus Insurance Services).
